Q:  HOW FAR ARE YOU FROM SOUTH PADRE ISLAND?

A: We are just a 5-minute drive over the causeway to SPI!  Many guests love being close to the action while enjoying the quieter charm of Port Isabel

q:  do all units have kitchens?

a:  yes!  all six of our apartments feature fully equipped kitchens with essentials for cooking meals.

q:  is there parking available?

a:  yes, we are street parking only.

q:  are any of the units on the ground floor?

a:  yes - la ciudad #1, golfito #2, saltillo #3, & el gallo #4 are all ground floor units.  Only Guatemala #8 & La Cocina #7 are upstairs apartments.

q:  are your rentals family friendly?

a:  absolutely!  several of or units are ideal for families and include sleeping arrangements for children.

q:  do you allow long-term stays?

a:  yes! in our fall and winter months, we are happy to host winter Texans and other guests looking for extended stays during our off-season months.

q:  do you offer group or multi-unit bookings?  

a:  yes!  groups traveling together - like wedding guests or family reunions - often book multiple units.  reach out to us for availability, recommendations, and group rates.

q:  are pets allowed?

a: although we love all animals, we unfortunately do not allow pets to stay on property.  we do recommend the rover app as there are several pet sitters in our area, so you do not have to leave your fur babies at home.
